Nordic Open is being hosted by Copenhagen Armwrestling Club and Danish Armwrestling Federation in Copenhagen, Denmark, the 6th. of December in Valby Kulturhus.

Weigh in and registration: Friday evening 18:30-21:00 or Saturday morning 9:00-10:00.
Weight classes:
Juniors(UP 18Y, born 2007 or later):
F: 70, +70.
M: 86, +86.
Senior/Open:
F: 63, 78, +78.
M: 70, 78, 86, 95, 105, +105.
Masters(Born 1985 and earlier):
W: 78, +78kg.
M: 86, 105, +105.
Other weightclasses are subject to be opened upon request from three or more participants.
Note: Juniors can pull their native classes(Left and right) and one extra class in Seniors, both arms.
Seniors can pull their native class and one heavier class in Senior, both arms.
Masters can pull their native class and one extra class in Seniors, both arms.
All included in the entry fee.
Referee seminar:
Saturday morning 9:00-10:30.
Rules: Standard IFA.
Dress code :
All participants must be in sportspants, sportsshoes and national, club or white t-shirt.
Who can attend: Anyone.
There will be a national scoring in which only the Scandinavian countries will be included.
